Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Free advise as do not consider beverages are free which are available in room. If you are pure vegetarian then avoid breakfast in hotel as they do not have good options.
Excellent hotel in a great spot in District 1. Many attractions only a short walk or grab ride away. The front desk, bell boys and cleaners were all very pleasant. The room was very clean. The furnishings were old but how ever many years ago they bought the furniture it was probably not cheap just old now. Lots of space in the room. Can’t think of any issues other than the bathroom window doesn’t close and there is no working vent fan in the washroom. Overall 5/5.

In a nutshell: Excellent hotel in a very convenient location with lovely staff. It's located in the city center, every major tourist attraction is in a walkable distance. Many food options and convenience stores around. The rooms are fine, size is great, bed is comfortable. Nothing fancy, but solid and clean. The absolute highlight is the staff though, everyone is super friendly and lovely, accommodating and is going the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Special thanks to Linh, who is just amazing! Thank you for the great experience :)

Very good location
☺ room was big and clean, shower has good water pressure, bed was comfortable and modern TV with internet
☹ bathtub was a bit hard to get in and out of- much noise during the night from hallway and room next door

☺ The hotel is in a good location with many restaurants and markets around. Had an Indian restaurant just next to the hotel. Breakfast was satisfactory, rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
☹ Although the hotel has a restaurant it serves only one type of rice and noodle dish until 2pm only. But since the hotel location is great this isn't much of a bother.
