Terms of use

1. Scope

This website lets you view information, check availability and send a booking request directly to the hotel. We keep the information up to date but it may change without notice.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Vietnamese dong (VND). On the English site, US dollar amounts are a guide only, based on the exchange rate shown at the time; the amount you actually pay is in VND.

You pay directly at the hotel. This website does not take payment or card details.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is in place when you receive a booking code and a confirmation email from the hotel. If no email arrives, check your spam folder or call the front desk on +84 28 3823 1222. The hotel may contact you to re-confirm details, especially when a booking has special requests.

4. Check-in, check-out and cancellation

Check-in is from 14:00; check-out is before 12:00. Conditions for cancelling, changing, late arrival and children are in the Booking policy.

5. Guest responsibilities

• Give correct and complete information when booking.
• Show valid identification at check-in, as Vietnamese accommodation rules require.
• Follow the hotel’s house rules and pay for damage you cause.

6. Website content

The photos, text and logo on this website belong to Cap Town Hotel Sài Gòn or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without written consent.

7. Limits of liability

We work to keep the website running and accurate but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or contain errors. If a price or availability is wrong we will contact you to agree a fair solution.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. We will try first to settle any dispute by discussion; if that fails it is for the competent court in Vietnam.
