Booking policy

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 14:00.
• Check-out before 12:00.
• The front desk is open 24/7. If you arrive early or need a late check-out, tell us in advance and we will try to arrange it, depending on the rooms.

Payment

You pay directly at the hotel at check-in or check-out. You do not enter a card to book on the website.

Holding your room and late arrival

If you do not give an arrival time, your room is held until 18:00. If you expect to arrive later, choose your arrival time when booking or tell the front desk on +84 28 3823 1222 so we can keep the room for you.

Cancelling or changing a booking

Until your check-in day you can cancel or change the dates of your booking yourself on the “Find your booking” page, using your booking code and the email you booked with. You will receive an email when a booking is cancelled or changed. From the check-in day on, or for anything else, contact the front desk on +84 28 3823 1222 or at info@captownhotel.com, quoting your booking code.

Children and extra guests

Guests aged 13 and over count as adults. Children aged 6 to 12 take one place in the room and pay a surcharge of 200,000 ₫ per child per night. Children under 6 are free and do not take a place; please tell us how many when you book so the hotel can prepare.

The standard number of guests and whether extra guests are possible are shown for each room; any extra-guest charge is included in the price shown when you choose the number of guests. An extra bed is available in some room types only and is charged per night: put it in the special requests box or tell the front desk to confirm availability and the price. If you are travelling with a baby, please tell us in advance.

ID at check-in

As Vietnamese accommodation rules require, guests must show valid identification (ID card or passport) at check-in.
