Booking and payment
Do I need to pay in advance?
You book through the hotel hotline (the front desk is open 24/7) or by Zalo message. The front desk quotes the price for your dates, holds the room and explains how to leave a deposit to secure it if needed. The website never asks for your card details.
What do I get after booking?
The front desk confirms your dates, room type and any special requests with you. At check-in just give the name you booked under.
How do I cancel or change my dates?
Please call the hotline or message the front desk on Zalo with the name and dates you booked. The front desk will help you change your dates or cancel, following the hotel booking policy.
Which room fits 3 or 4 people?
The Luxury Deluxe sleeps 3 (one double and one single bed). The Family Deluxe sleeps 4 (two double beds). The other room types are for up to 2 guests.
Your stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. Early check-in is charged according to your arrival time and depends on availability, so please call the front desk. Late check-out: before 18:00 costs 50% of the room rate, after 18:00 the full room rate.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Room rates include breakfast.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Room rates do not include 8% VAT. If you need a VAT invoice, please give the front desk your company name, tax code and address at check-in.
How are children charged?
Guests aged 13 and over count as adults. Children aged 6 to 12 take one place in the room and pay a surcharge of 200,000 VND per night each. Children under 6 are free and do not take a place; just tell us how many when you book so the hotel can prepare.
Services
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Wi-Fi is free. Motorbike parking is free. For cars staying overnight we point guests to a nearby car park, about 150,000 VND per night; spaces at the hotel are limited and cannot be reserved. Please ask the front desk.
When is the front desk open, and how do I reach it?
The front desk is open 24/7. You can call, message on Zalo or WhatsApp, or email; the details are on the Contact page.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, an airport transfer is available for a fee: 700,000 VND each way in a 7-seat car, 1,500,000 VND each way in a 16-seat van. Please contact the front desk to book in advance.
Location
Where is the hotel and what is nearby?
Cap Town Hotel is at 28-30 Le Anh Xuan, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, about 350 m from Ben Thanh Market and about 600 m from Independence Palace. Tan Son Nhat Airport is about 7 km away.
Is it noisy so close to the centre?
Deluxe and Family rooms have soundproof windows, so you can enjoy the street view with less noise. The walls are not well soundproofed and the bathroom has a window, though, so some street noise can still get in. If you are sensitive to noise, add it to your special requests when you book.
